Detailed and on-going communication is key to a successful real estate development project. We will provide constant and real-time communication so you will know when decisions need to be made as well as when on-site project meetings will occur. We will document any change orders with clear and supportive documentation. We will also communicate with neighbors so that we can help minimize the impact of the construction noise and issues. We work only during city allowed hours, provide private, temporary fencing and maintain a clean job site.
